Gradall SERV Beyond Digging

January 12th, 2010 by moresnow | No Comments | Filed in Telescopic Boom Excavator

Gradall SERV and 5th Man break tradition

The exciting new 5th Man piercing nozzle boom end attachment draws its muscle from rugged Gradall hydraulic boom forces and stability. From a safer position, firefighters can thrust a 5th Man stainless steel piercing head through windows, walls, roofs – even concrete structures. When mounted on a firefighting vehicle, this new venting solution eliminates the need for firefighters with axes to stand on burning rooftops. After piercing the structure, the 5th Man head has 52 aqua-jet nozzles that direct a massive broken stream curtain of water into the heart of the fire.

Svyatovit Raises the Bar

November 11th, 2008 by moresnow | No Comments | Filed in Telescopic Boom Excavator

So Svyatovit did it again… the boys over at Svyatovit from Belarus have put their telescopic boom excavator on the back of a multi-purpose vehicle.  Looks from the pictures that the machine can swim too.  Possibly they tweaked the boom too using it as a paddle.

I would say they have raised the bar for the teams over at Gradall and Badger.  What’s next Gradall putting theirs on top of a M1A.

Badger Equipment - New Chapter

October 18th, 2008 by moresnow | No Comments | Filed in Telescopic Boom Excavator

Very few times do you see a review on Badger Equipment and after years of watching this organization and seeing their website change little it appears that a new chapter is being written. President Lael Boren at Badger is moving the company in a new direction that focuses on new designs and projects. The new website as seen below shows us a new approach.

Also it appears they have new logos and slogans.  A new “paw” logo and slogan “Custom Built in America. For Today. For The Future.”

The question remains what new telescopic boom product will they release in the coming years and what markets are they looking to distribute to.

Badger Product Line after the break….
