Tunneling Excavator by Schaeff-Terex

Schaeff-Terex  developed and launched a few years back a versatile, robust tunnel excavator to be used for demanding and efficient tunnel heading.   What is amazing is that this machine looks like the CAT one we tracked last march and competes against the likes of the Gradall XL5110.

Ironically this machine is strikingly similar to the CAT one from a year back.  It would be interesting to find out what the market is and how they compete against other versions from manufacturers.
