Bobcat Company announced earlier this month the roller suspension system option and an improvement to the undercarriage of large-frafme compact track loaders. The new roller suspension system is now available as an option on the Bobcat® T250 and T300 compact track loaders, in addition to the T320. Bobcat has also improved the design of the solid-mount undercarriage on the T250, T300 and T320.

QuickLook — Compact track loader undercarriage improvements

• Bobcat roller suspension system option now available on the T250, and T300 compact track loaders, in addition to the T320.

• Roller suspension system provides increased operator comfort through minimized vibration, by using suspended rollers and high-strength steel leaf springs.

• Raised track idlers on the roller suspension system make the machine easier to turn.

• First roller suspension system for compact track loaders that uses an all-steel design, including steel imbed tracks, rollers made of forged steel and shot-peened steel springs.

• Drive motors and hydraulic lines on the roller suspension system are fixed in position and hidden to prevent contact with debris and reduce damage to the machine.

• No greasing or adjusting is required on the roller suspension system.

• Maintenance point improvements that were first available on the roller suspension system are now also available on the solid-mount undercarriage of the Bobcat T250, T300 and T320. These improvements include a larger drive sprocket area and an undercarriage design that sheds debris and has clean-out holes to allow pressure washing.
